• Inspection Machine for Fine Sieves

This automatic inspection machine analyzes fine sieves for the manufacturing of respirable preparations. A sieve, which is inlayed into the holding frame, is moved automatically over the camera in a specified pattern, while the camera is taking photos from the concerning partial area of the sieve.

The image analyzing software analyzes the picture data and therefore the structure of the sieve according to the parameters, which are specified in the software options.

The inspection result is visualized on the screen with the colors green (no defect found), yellow (impurity), red (a leakage was found) or wine-red (both impurity and an oversized mesh were found).

If only one of the analyzed pictures is evaluated as deficient (NG), the whole concerning sieve is evaluated as deficient (NG). Every single photo can be viewed just like with a loupe.
